Miss Grant - Nursery Nurse

Miss Grant is a single parent, who came to Capital Housing Associates for help to find an affordable flat for her and her one-year old daughter. At the time, she was on maternity leave from her full time job at Charing Cross Children’s day nursery. We were able to match Mrs Grant to a one-bedroom flat in Mount Park Road in Ealing Broadway. She is now back to work and is very happy and setted in her accommodation.

Mr & Mrs Opara - Both working

Mr and Mrs Opara are typical of the low-income families we are able to help. Working as a bus driver and a teaching assistant Mr and Mrs Opara found it particularly challenging to find affordable accommodation in West London. We were able to place them in a two bedroom flat in Greenford Avenue in Hanwell with good primary schools and transport links nearby. They couldn’t be happier.

Mrs Shomida - Retired Nurse

A retired nurse, Mrs Shomida approached us to help her find a property in the Acton area as she was very keen to live near her family. Now she is living in a studio flat in York Road and is very happy to be able to visit her grandchildren on a regular basis.

Mr Norton - Mobility Issues

Mr Norton was left partially disabled after an industrial accident. He has mobility issues and needed to move to a ground floor flat. We found him ground floor accommodation in one of our shared houses in Hanwell. His sister lives nearby and is able to offer him support with daily living.
